In our case, Colt knew how to get us performing at our absolute best while creating a comfortable and loose environment during our sessions. He wasn't afraid to experiment with new recording techniques that catered exactly to our music and his influence on our instrumentation and vocal arrangements were invaluable.

Scott on the other hand is an absolute wizard when it comes to mixing. He was receptive of our vision while also taking risks that gave each song a completely unique personality. He made our vision come to life and surpassed all expectation by mixing our songs with finesse, tasteful effects, and a bold modern edge.

“Everyone and their mom is a producer in Nashville. I know at least 20, but I don’t recommend any of them to talented artists except Sonic Affair. I’ve been working with Sonic Affair for over 2 years, and they have come through in spades with my indie, country, and hard rock projects. After they blew me away with my first fully produced and mixed track, I realized that my search for a go-to studio was over (it was a great feeling and an anvil of weight off the shoulders). Sonic Affair is it. Colt Stocker is a Swiss Army knife - a highly capable and hyper intuitive producer as well as a fantastic guitar player and all around musician. I can’t tell you how many times he’s had an idea that turns a song from a solid 6.5/10 to a 10/10. His partner in crime, Scott Nagareda is a surgeon when it comes to mixing. There’s no sound or overall vibe that he can’t match to your perfect liking. I’ve never been anything but completely satisfied with the final mixes he’s given me. Outside of recording tracks, I’ve also utilized their services in live recordings.
